5 Ways to Add SPF to Your Beauty Routine

We all know how important sun protection is for preventing early aging of our faces and long term sun damage. Here are 5 ways you can incorporate more SPF into your daily beauty routine.

1) Brush on SPF Powders seem to be the easiest and most convenient way to ad the extra sun protection. You can carry them with you, the brush is included as the topper to the powder tube and they can go on clear so they won't impact the appearance of your finished look. This means you can apply them any time and anywhere without having to freshen up your look.

2) Cream Foundation with SPF can replace your existing foundation that may not have the sun protection. The cream foundation will provide a heavy coverage for your face and because the SPF is included, you know what color you are getting from the beginning. This is a convenient solution if you can find a color and consistency that works for you.

3) Tinted Moisturizer with SPF or tinted sunscreens can also replace your existing foundation if you like a lighter liquid foundation. Like the cream foundations mentioned above, because the SPF is included, you know what color you are getting from the beginning. This too is a convenient solution if you can find a color and consistency that works for you.

4) Daily Moisturizer with SPF incorporates the sun protection into your daily skin car routine before you get to your makeup. You may want a second moisturizer for the evening that does not include SPF, as it is not needed in the evening. Replacing your existing morning moisturizer with one that contains SPF doesn't require you to perform any extra applications of products, but having a separate day and night moisturizers may not work for you

5) Good old fashioned sunscreen can be applied to your face, most likely after moisturizing and before foundation. You may need to try a few different brands to find the one that is most compatible with your make up and skin type.
